I. OBJECTIVE: For amateurs all over the world can connect as many other amateurs in as many countries and CQ Zone.

II. BAND: Only six bands: 1.8, 3.5, 7, 14, 21 and 28 MHz. The observance of the Band Plan constituted is strongly encouraged.

Contacts between stations on different continents are worth three (3) points.
Contacts between stations on the same continent but different countries apply a (1) point. Exception: Contacts between stations in different countries within the borders of North America are worth two (2) points.
Contacts between stations in the same country have zero value (0) QSO points, but are allowed to credit multiplier area or country.
C. Multipliers: There are two types of multipliers.

Area: A multiplier of one (1) for each different zone contacted on each band CQ. Apply the standard rules of the CQ Worked All Zones (WAZ).
Country: A multiplier of one (1) for each different country contacted on each band. The rating club is the aggregate total of log sent by members. There are two separate categories for club competition.

A. USA Clubs: Participation is limited to members of the club who reside and operate within a radius of 250 miles from the center of the club (except for DXpeditions specially organized for the contest conducted by members who reside within the circle of the club).

B. DX Clubs: Participation is limited to members of the club who reside and operate both within the DXCC country where the club is located or within a radius of 400 km from the center of the club (except for DXpeditions specially organized for the contest conducted by members who reside within the area of ​​the club).

C. General Rules for the Club:

The national organizations (to be. ARI, REF or DARC) can not participate in club competition.
